Ordering/Return Policies
Our goal is to have the fastest (and friendliest!) service possible, so in-stock orders will usually ship within 1-2 business days. If you need something in a hurry and you call us before 1:00pm, we are happy to rush the order and send it out that day.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, we must receive the item at the Gallery no later than 14 days after you received it from us. If you are unable to send it in that time frame, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by phone at (231) 436-7499 and let us know what you are returning. The item must then be received at our address no later than 14 days after your call. A copy of the original receipt must be included with all returns, and the item must be in its original, unused condition.
